Sports Physical Clinic – August 17
We’re hosting a Sports Physical Clinic at our Eastside Health Center, 1026 E. 1st Street, which is open to all K-12 and college students. You do not need to be a patient at North Olympic Healthcare Network (NOHN). Students/families will be responsible for bringing the appropriate physical forms required by their school. This special clinic is subject to cancellation if a minimum level of demand is not met by Thursday, August 15.
There is a $100 flat fee. For students that are unable to pay out-of-pocket, they can instead request a sports physical from their primary care team during an annual Well Child Check appointment. If the student doesn’t have a primary care provider/medical home, NOHN can assist in getting them established.
